WHAT PEOPLE SAY

VOICES FROM THE EDGE OF IDENTITY

AuraBurtea_June2026.MP4

Aura, Romania

“The work with Liudmila gave me back the joy of being.”

Aura began working with me in March 2026, at a point when she was struggling to get out of bed, had lost motivation and direction, and was living with persistent fear-based thinking and disrupted sleep.

Over the following weeks, she describes greater clarity, better sleep, more inner ease, increased ability to stay with discomfort and more authentic self-expression.

Two areas of her life that had effectively gone dormant also began to move again: her personal life opened in a way she had not expected, while a completely new career direction emerged almost overnight.

She decided to begin a Psychology degree from zero, and in August 2026, in her 40s, confirmed that she had been accepted into the university she wanted, with a high mark — marking the beginning of a radically new chapter in her life.

LilianaWarr_August2026

Liliana, USA

“My life is still my life. Things still happen. But I am different inside my life.”

Liliana came into the work with me in February 2026 in an almost constant state of alert, trying to anticipate, control and prevent problems across business, relationships and personal life.

Over the few months we worked together, she describes less internal fight, less need to control, greater acceptance and a growing sense that life can move with far less struggle.

By the time she recorded this testimonial in August 2026,  business and revenue also grew, but the deeper shift was in how she felt living her life.

Catalina, Spain

“I stopped looking for safety outside myself. I started finding it within.”

Catalina began MAP not from crisis, but from curiosity and a desire to understand herself more deeply.

Across 15 sessions, she describes uncovering a strong underlying need for control and protection — the belief that, in order to feel safe, she had to anticipate, defend herself and keep life under control.

Over time, she says she became more able to stay connected to others without losing herself, to receive other people’s views without abandoning her own inner truth, to allow vulnerability, open herself more fully to love, and trust that she could remain herself even in uncertainty.

Her own summary of the journey is a movement from control to trust, from protection to authenticity, and from searching for safety outside herself to beginning to experience it within.

Maria, Romania

“I began to see the flowers around me, not the weeds.”

Maria, 80, came into the work carrying the impact of profound losses across her life, including the deaths of her first husband and her son.

She says she had previously completed around 20–30 psychotherapy sessions and believed she was strong and had already resolved much of what had happened.

During ten MAP sessions, she describes a significant shift in how she experienced life. By the third session, after not having felt “butterflies in her stomach” for 20–30 years, she says she felt them again and began, in her own words, to “see the flowers around me and not the weeds.”

She describes becoming calmer, lighter, more open to life and able to live more freely and with greater ease.

Andrada, UK

“They were small shifts, but really fundamental ones.”

This testimonial was recorded after three and a half months of working with MAP.

Andrada and I had already worked together through several other coaching programmes before I introduced her to MAP. In MAP, we explored limiting beliefs, childhood and life patterns, her relationship with work, and longstanding responses to authority.

The changes began appearing immediately—sometimes small, but fundamental. The movement-related dizziness that had affected her while travelling disappeared after her first MAP session and had not returned throughout those three and a half months. She also became more at ease in conversations with senior colleagues and began changing childhood patterns she had not previously recognised.

In this video, Andrada shares why the gentleness of MAP—and the precise, intuitive way I guide the process—made the experience unlike anything she had tried before.

NataliaPruteanu_March2026.MP4

Natalia, Romania

“The sessions brought order to my mind and my soul—and I could see it reflected around me.”

This testimonial was recorded after only five MAP sessions.

In those five sessions, aspects of herself that Natalia had not known—or had only intuitively sensed—began emerging with remarkable ease.

Through the questions I asked, she found words for what she had been unable to articulate. Confusion became clearer, new perspectives opened, and powerful realisations followed.

As greater order emerged within her mind and soul, Natalia began noticing changes in the reality around her too.

In this video, she shares how what was released during our sessions seemed to make space for what was right for the next stage of her development—and why trusting herself to begin MAP became such an important part of her journey.

RalucaTeodor_1_April2026.MP4

Raluca, Romania

"I noticed changes from one session to the next, although I believe the greatest changes and satisfaction become visible when you look back and realise: a year ago, I would not have done this."

Raluca chose to experience MAP with me after we had already worked together across coaching, business consultancy and human resources. Familiar with my way of working, she trusted my ability to simplify complex subjects and guide them directly towards their source.

What began with procrastination soon revealed several connected themes. Whenever clarity was missing, our work helped her define more precisely what needed to be explored.

From one session to the next, Raluca noticed changes in her habits, patterns and reactions—and, over time, in the environment around her. At work, she experienced the emergence of a new dynamic that felt more enjoyable, productive and grounded in trust.

Cristina_1_April2026.MP4

Cristina, Germany

Cristina began MAP while experiencing severe generalised anxiety. She was afraid to drive and even to enter a shop by herself. After her very first session, she drove alone for ten minutes the following day.

As our sessions continued, previously unrecognised limiting beliefs began coming into awareness. Cristina started experiencing a greater sense of safety, releasing the need to control everything and allowing her emotions to be present without identifying with them so readily.

Over time, she began feeling more balanced, calmer, more confident and more secure within herself.

"The results were visible from the very first session. The following day, I managed to drive by myself for ten minutes."

VOICES FROM CHANGE IN MOTION

Reflections shared by members of the MAPbyLiudmila Community WhatsApp group as they progressed through their MAP multiple-sessions journeys.

“After working on feeling my personal power without needing external validation, two situations arose—with my mother and with my partner. In both, I felt my inner power naturally and clearly. I was able to say, gently and without guilt, that I did not agree with what was happening. A few weeks earlier, I could not have done that so naturally or easily. It may appear to be a small change, but it is fundamental to the identity from which I operate.”

Andrada, UK

“For the first time, I am accepting a man exactly as he is—with both his strengths and his imperfections. I am allowing him to unfold in his own way and the relationship to develop at its own pace, without forcing, accelerating or slowing anything down. I notice greater understanding, acceptance and tolerance within myself. I believe that is the real progress.”

Natalia, Romania

“I began with severe anxiety, feeling blinded and effectively imprisoned within my own mind and body. Today, the anxiety is still here, but I feel free. Most importantly, I know that I am not defective and that there is nothing wrong with me. I understand that my nervous system is overwhelmed and that it is only trying to protect me. Today, I am a different Cristina—one who understands herself and can also become the observer of her own life.”

Cristina, Germany

“It was mind-blowing how quickly the neediness we worked on began to dissipate. With Liudmila’s guidance, I reached limiting beliefs such as, ‘It is not safe to be happy,’ and understood how ashamed I had felt to be happy in front of my mother. I am grateful for the way this pattern began to dissolve and for the realisations that followed.”

Raluca, Romania

“Almost a month later, I could see concrete, tangible changes. They were not spectacular or idealised changes, but small steps—things I had struggled with for months. I began them, moved through them and completed them, and I had the energy to sustain the entire process. I am learning to recognise that a process takes time and has stages, and I am choosing to give myself that time with gentleness.”

Aura, Romania

“For the first time, I did not have to force myself to stay still. I wanted to stay. I remained with myself for more than an hour—without effort, without pressure and without trying to achieve anything. So much of the inner noise had cleared: the mental chaos, the overthinking, the pressure and the constant need to do something. What remained was simply… me.”

Liliana, USA

“Each MAP session with Liudmila feels something like an operation on the brain: complex, precise and almost invisible as it unfolds. Time compresses, and when you ‘wake up’, you realise that something within you has changed. In the days that follow, you understand: you are no longer the same. Your identity has recalibrated.”

Catalina, Spain

“After the session, I was finally able to look at my mother without feeling anger and without feeling that I was suffocating. I never believed I could be free of all that pain. Questions I had lived with for years suddenly became clearer in my mind.”

Anonymous, UK

“Today’s session with Liudmila was incredibly powerful. I came without expectations and was amazed by the neuroplasticity of the human brain.

I witnessed a dialogue between two parts of my mind. One believed I was destined to repeat my mother’s unhappy life. The other was terrified that I would lose my job, have no money and be unable to support my family.

Then a new thought emerged: if I were truly repeating my mother’s life, I would also find a way to work, pay the bills and support my family, just as she always had. The part that was terrified of having no money suddenly fell silent. Bingo. Game over.

I could hardly believe what I had witnessed. I am still speechless. Healing is on its way, exactly as it is meant to be.”

Ana, Germany

VOICES FROM THE room

Reflections from my signature MAPbyLiudmila group experiences, where participants work with their own personal topics or explore themes I bring to the room—all within a shared process designed and facilitated by me.

“I arrived at my first group session with intense anxiety—so intense that, at moments, I thought I might be sick. We worked with an event I had considered processed, integrated and insignificant compared with others. It was not. What changed was the realisation that this apparently painful event was simply another point in consciousness. It no longer defines my identity.”

— A.G., UK

“I recognised that control had been the defence mechanism of a frightened and wounded child who felt unprotected. I also saw how I had remained in poorly paid work because I did not know that another way was possible. After the session, I knew that I was capable of making changes that would nourish my soul and allow me to live with greater joy and ease.”

— M.D., Romania

“I had a significant shift. The session was completely inspirational and powerful, and I am so grateful that I experienced a group session facilitated in this way.”

— R.M.S., USA

“Looking through the other person’s eyes dissolved everything. It was like becoming the other person completely.”

— L.W., USA

“The insight that arrived for me is that I am allowed to feel expansive. Even when a wave of contraction comes, I can expand around it and embrace it, regardless of how intense it feels. I can remain curious and expand around it.”

— M.D., USA

“I feel as though I had lived inside a constructed, painful reality because of an acute need to be saved. Now I feel lighter, less tense physically and emotionally, and much clearer. I am open to receiving what is best for me, my soul and my consciousness.”

— T.L., Romania

“I received the words ‘Allow everything to be as it is’ with so much peace and love. Right now, I feel without resistance—without resistance to myself or to life itself. It feels so good.”

— M.P., Romania

“It was lovely. You were very clear while addressing such a broad audience.”

— C.A., USA

“I cried deeply during the first part of the session and then fell asleep, waking again only near the end. I may not consciously know what I processed, but I feel certain that my subconscious continued working as I rested.”

— J.K., USA

“It was such a beautiful session, and it went very deep for me. I believe it was the way you framed the experience at the beginning that invited me to go there.

You guided us from letting go of the meaning we attach to everything towards allowing all things to be exactly as they are. That created the space for me to see what was still standing in the way and allow it to fall away.

I could then explore stepping into the unknown and trusting. That is what I am being invited to practise now, more and more deeply.”

— M.D., USA

“I explored an experience I had carried as deeply painful for almost eight years. I began at an intensity of ten and gradually reached three. By the end, I realised that I was ready to release the situation—like a balloon I had not merely held by its string, but carried completely in my arms. I choose to open my arms. That is all.”

— A.B., Romania

“I began with an uncomfortable conversation at work but could not identify what had affected me so deeply. During the session, I recognised an old sensitivity around being taken for granted and situations that felt unfair. As similar experiences came back to me, I realised: ‘You did not die. You are all right. Everything passes.’ Mentally, I felt completely relaxed, even while some discomfort remained in my body.”

— R.T., Romania

“What is preventing me from changing what I want to change? Only me. I feel much clearer.”

— M.J., USA

“I felt exhausted initially and then gradually became more energised. My message was crystal clear: I have to get out of my own way.”

— E., Romania

“I realised that the ‘before’ identity is a distortion that hides the true self. The ‘after’ is the veil being removed so that we can see the truth. My personal insight was: I allow it; therefore, I do not need to resist it—and the resistance disappears.”

— L.W., USA

“I feel neutral and relaxed. I can no longer reach the [intense] emotional charge.”

— S.J., Switzerland

“Fear of showing myself had kept me away from what I wanted.”

— N.P., Romania

"Even while listening from a toddler dance party at the library, I found it easy to engage and focus. I also learnt a great deal from the way the group was facilitated.”

— C.M., USA

“What is preventing me from changing what I want to change? Only me. I feel much clearer.”

— M.J., USA

“In this session, I deepened my exploration of forgiveness. I realised that, even in situations I experience as painful, I am not always only a recipient of what happened; I may also have participated unconsciously in the dynamic. Looking at this without judgement allowed me to accept it without slipping into analysis. What we are being offered here is truly invaluable.”

— A.B., Romania

VOICES FROM BEFORE MAPbyliudmila

Long before MAPbyLiudmila took its present form, the way I worked was already guided by many of the qualities that define it today.

Across corporate leadership, international strategy, consultancy, mentoring and coaching, colleagues, clients, founders and mentees repeatedly recognised the same thread: my ability to hold the larger picture without losing the crucial detail; to notice patterns and missing pieces that others may overlook; to make complexity clear, tangible and meaningful; and to bring precision, purpose and care to every word, question, decision and direction.

They speak of deep listening and incisive questions, of combining analytical and strategic thinking with a holistic understanding of both the person and the situation, and of challenging familiar ways of thinking while creating enough trust for something new to emerge. They also speak of warmth, intuition, courage, collaboration, exacting standards and an unwillingness to offer formulaic answers or simply do things “by the book”.

Whether the work concerned a multinational system, a founder’s business, a leader’s decisions, a young professional’s future or a deeper shift in identity and perception, the intention was the same: to look beneath the apparent problem, recognise what truly mattered and help create movement that was both practical and enduring.

These recommendations are therefore not simply voices from a former career. They reveal the foundations from which MAPbyLiudmila grew—and the continuity between the work I was doing then and the work I offer now.

“Liudmila helped me realise that I was treating myself, my business and my life as problems to solve and destinations to reach. She guided me through a shift in perspective that was incredibly liberating and rewarding.”

LinkedIn recommendation, 2016

“Liudmila has a special power: she guides you onto the right path by quietening the noise, always encouraging you to question, always measuring results and always searching for meaning and clarity. She is exceptional at creating messages that reach their audience deeply—in both mind and soul. In two months, I learnt from her what others learn in years of study and practice.”

Georgiana Toea

EDU Manager at AMC Studio

LinkedIn recommendation, 2019

“Liudmila defined the missing strategic foundation of my company and created a recruitment campaign that made me feel genuinely proud of my business. For the first time, candidates came because they felt connected to our purpose. The person recruited through Liudmila’s campaign became, four years later, my trusted business partner.”

Raluca Teodor

Entrepreneur in Adventure Travel

LinkedIn recommendation, 2020

“Liudmila joined our project - www.madebyteens.ro - with an incredible passion and dedication. This is an entrepreneurial project, with a deep social cause at its roots. And although everything was clear in our mind, we could not get our value proposition out there, to the world. So we asked Liudmila for help and in less than a week of working alongside, we felt she had been there from the very beginning. She went straight in, with open heart, guiding us and coaching us, the founders, in giving a voice to our business. Although we put a lot of time pressure on her, she never compromised on quality, delivering everything from the overarching strategy to web design, copywriting and on going social media management. Every word, every line, every image is out there for a reason, telling the story we want to tell to our audience. Thank you, Liudmila!”

Magda Ropotan

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Liudmila for several years at AMV. In that time, I’ve seen her design and launch an impressive new way of working with our clients, and have admired her drive for success and collaborative manner as she does so. She strives to make the complex simple, and embraces the everyday challenges that managing a multitude of markets and brands can throw up with a smile. She’s dedicated, passionate, and a genuinely lovely and caring person to boot!”
