SIGNATURE GROUP MAP PROGRAMMES
Your own experience. A shared field. A guided process that unfolds week by week.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
For people who have already completed a full MAP induction and are already familiar with MAP through private sessions, previous Group MAP Programmes with me or sessions elsewhere, or both.
You may come with your own topic, we may work with a theme that is relevant to the group, or a new focus may emerge naturally from what becomes particularly alive during a session. Sometimes what surfaces powerfully at the end of one meeting becomes the starting point for the next.
A Signature Group MAP Programme is not a discussion group and it is not a space where everyone takes turns talking about their story.
Each session is a 90-minute guided inner process for up to 10 participants, facilitated by me throughout. I guide the flow, introduce the prompts, track the process through simple ratings and written responses, and bring in additional techniques and perspectives where appropriate.
WHAT MAKES THE GROUP DIFFERENT?
The Signature Group MAP Programme is built around MAP, but guided through my own signature way of working — with the inquiry, pacing, structure and additional techniques I bring into the experience.
You do not need to speak your process out loud. Most of the session happens inwardly, with communication between you and me happening through brief written responses and ratings as I guide the group from one stage to the next.
Something different happens when people move through this kind of process together. The shared experience can bring additional material into awareness, deepen what is already present and sometimes amplify the intensity of what is being experienced.
We are together, and each person is moving through their own experience inside a collective field. What emerges from one person can resonate with another, and the insights that arise often seem to serve the group as a whole.
